Well, the number “8″ is proving to be lucky to more than just the Chinese people - Her daughter Princess Beatrice
was born on 8/8/88 and will be celebrating her birthday today 8/8/08.
It’s also the first time she gets to spend the weekend at Balmoral
Castle since the scandal. The Queen apparently has finally forgiven
the indecent duchess and is making her feel like part of the family
again. The Queen’s husband Prince Philip is not as forgiving and has
chosen to spend the weekend elsewhere.
The Duchess is sure to be sporting a large selection of closed-toe shoes on this jaunt.
