Gérard Depardieu's Son Gillaume Dies at 37

Gillaume, the troubled son of French actor Gérard Depardieu, passed away Monday in a Paris hospital after battling a deadly case of pneumonia. His first notable appearance on screen was in 1991's Tous les matins du monde (All the Mornings in the World).  He was charged this past June with DUI and jailed for two months.  Although he never quite achieved the success or fame of his father, he was nominated for the French Cesar Awards (their Oscar equivalent) multiple times.  He is pictured above from 2002 in Aime ton pére (A Loving Father) with his father.
